CamScanner is the new equipment and software from SportDevices for the measurement of camshaft lobe profiles and subsequent analysis to provide all data to need to measure in a cam profile:

Timing and lift parameters
Opening and closing ramps
Superpositioning of profiles for direct visual comparisons

CamScanner can measure and calculate all cam parameters:

• Crank location (Degrees)
  
• Lifter location (mm or inches)
  
• Velocity (mm/Degree or Inches/Degree)
  
• Acceleration (mm/Degree^2 or Inches/Degree^2)
  
• Jerk (Rate mm/Degree^3 or Inches/Degree^3)
